Learn to cook the perfect Pasta with Pietro Visconti, a pasta maestro from Italy, will guide the group through the making of traditional handmade pasta, telling you facts and stories, sharing traditions and secrets!. Pietro's sessions are a journey into the culture and traditions of history. You will be like a loud Italian family on a Sunday meal!

Cook as a team while Pietro demonstrates the art of the perfect Italian. At the end of the session Pietro will expect you to present your dishes, which he will judge- virtually of course. So get your competitive hats on.

Your Presenter

Pietro Visconti

Pietro was born and raised in Milan as an only child in a family that had people over for dinner every day. His passion for home cooking comes from both parents. His love for people comes from his father and while his mother made him a dreamer.

During university, he spent a semester in England, working as a part time chef in an Italian restaurant: there, he was the only Italian and learned everything he didn’t want to do in a kitchen.
Returning to Italy he started a career in HR, developing training projects in a small company. Although Pietro decided to leave his job and take a full year to travel Australia, Asia and Central America, he considers this background invaluable to his newest chapter in life. This experience also taught him how little the world knew about Italian food!
